”If you knew the gift of God and who it is that asks you for a drink, you would have asked him and he would have given you living water”
Notice that He does not say that He is the living water, but that He would give living water to her, and when she received it, she would never thirst again. Of course, that does not tell us what the living water is! For that, we must go to another passage of Scripture. In this case, Jesus is in the temple surrounded by a throng of worshippers. He suddenly cried out, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scriptures said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’ But thisHe spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified”

In the beginning, before the heavens and the earth was created by God, the earth was without form, it was void, and full of darkness. Water was all over the surface and the spirit of God was moving on the surface of the water.
On the first day, God commanded that there should be “light” and there was light. God separated the light from the darkness. he called the light “day” and the darkness he called “night”.
On the second day, God created the firmament, also called the heavens. He separated the waters above from the waters below. The water above, he called firmament.
On the third day, God created dry land and vegetation. God commanded the water below to gather at one place and dry land emerged. The dry land he called “earth” and the gathering of the water he called “the ocean” or the Sea. After that God commanded the earth to bring forth grasses and trees that bore fruits.
On the fourth day, God created the luminaries. He created the Sun, the Moon and the Stars. The Sun is to rule over the day and the Moon to rule over the night. He said the luminaries should determine the signs, seasons, years and the days.
On the fifth day, God created the Sea creatures and the birds of the air. Every kind of creature that resides in the Sea, God created. Then every creature that flew in the air was also created.
On the sixth day, God created four-legged animals and all creeping creatures. On the same day, God created man in His own image. He created both the male and the female on the same day. God blessed the man and woman and asked them to multiply and fill the earth.
God gave man, as food, the fruit bearing trees. He saw that all the things he had created were good.
On the seventh day, God rested. He had finished the work of creation. He blessed the day and hallowed it.
